These copper leaves are all made from standard 22mm copper pipe. First of all you have to work out how large you want to make each leaf and cut to length. Then slit through the pipe  and by using 2 pairs of plyers unfold them and make them flat. Now mark out the shape of the rose and cut. My preference of cutting is with a hand grinder.
